MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Most important to this position are: customer relations with a commitment to providing WOW customer service; accuracy; flexibility/judgment; courteous/ professional demeanor, and an ability to handle multi tasks. This position requires a business associate s degree or 1 year related experience, a working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint; bank experience is a strong advantage. Experience with JHA Bank core application, Banktel accounts payable system, and related software systems would be a competitive advantage. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform accounts payable, customer service, and general office duties for bank operations. Generally, the incumbent is expected to assume assigned workload under policies and procedures set up by the Cashier and Vice President of Operations. One of the primary duties of this position is code invoices with expense codes, and insure that accounts payable are paid on a timely basis. In addition, the incumbent will be part of a team that supports all operational, customer service/support activities for the bank, and will be expected to perform, with little supervision, a variety of duties as a part of this team.
