Maintenance and Special Projects Assistant needed IMMEDIATELY Building trade skills basic knowledge in areas of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry Understanding safety procedures and practices adhering to safety practices when cleaning and moving equipment is important to avoid injury or workplace accidents for employees and the public Oversee the operation of equipment used in performing maintenance work Inspect buildings and grounds Ability to operate equipment The ability to work both independently and in teams Effective communication, time management, mechanical and organizational skills This position will perform many different duties, in varied locations. The ability to learn new skills, follow directions and complete tasks is very important. REQUIRED CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND MUST BE INSURABLE BY THE COMPANY Required Skills: -Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times -Must be a self-starter who requires little to no supervision -Must be detail oriented and able to follow directions -Must be dependable and respect personal property -Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation -Must be to stand or walk for long periods of time and lift supplies.
