Office Assistant with Receptionist Responsibilities Responsibilities: -Must build and maintain positive relationships with potential and current clients -Must be able to handle a heavy volume of phone calls & multiple phone lines in a fast paced environment in a polite and professional manner. -Applicant must have the ability to collect accurate caller information and provide that information to staff members. -Must answer basic questions callers may ask about our company; such as address, fax number, driving directions, etc. -Maintain a high level of confidentiality with clients and company mail -Ability to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds -Operate basic office equipment such as copy machines, printers and fax machine -Must greet, assist and direct visitors to the appropriate contact in a courteous, professional manner. -Able to write and/or accurately type documents using correct grammar and spelling This position may also be assigned support tasks for the company as well as the accounting department. The ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents required.
